I liked this video of Michael Kontopoulos's Machines that Almost Fall Over. Mr K is an MFA student at UCLA, and some of his works, including Machine that Tries to Draw Circles, remind me of Arthur Ganson's excellent machines.
Kontopoulos's Moon Theatre (a collaboration with Nova Jiang and Andres Colubri) is in a different vein, a participatory piece for large crowds, and it will appear next at Sundance.
